Happy cows, healthier beef
Our cattle are a cross of Hereford, Brahman, Gelbvieh and Charolais breeds and are particularly well-suited to Florida weather. They are raised on a variety of organic forages grown in our pastures and finished with organic grain or foraged finished. Our cattle are never exposed to antibiotics, hormones, GMOs or unnatural products.
We actively manage the grazing of our cattle to avoid overgrazing and provide them with a natural grazing experience that benefits both the cattle and the land. We use organic seed and organic soil nutrients. Over 500 acres of bucolic pastures feature plentiful shade trees, water troughs, and spring-fed ponds, allowing our cattle to stay cool.
The result is that our cattle are subjected to minimal stress over their lifespan, leading to better beef quality and yield, as well as healthy and happy cattle.

We completed construction of our beef processing facility in 2025, and we are in the process of USDA certification. This will allow us to provide an online shopping experience, including beef, chicken, lamb and produce delivered directly to your door. We will keep you posted regarding our organic online offering.
